Hey there, Kat here 👋 I’m a Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness, a certified ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach, and a lifelong dancer.I’ve spent the past four years coaching fitness and strength training, which I love — but my roots in movement go much deeper. Before I became a PT, I taught dance at high school for eight years and spent over a decade as a swing dance instructor, competitor, and performer.With Katalyst, I can bring the love of all those things together - the science of training, the artistry of dance, and the joy of community. My mission is simple: to help you sweat, smile, and feel confident.

The choreography is simple, repeatable, and followable, designed so anyone can jump in and enjoy it — even if you’ve never danced before.
That’s completely fine — you’re not expected to.
Kat scales and coaches every movement, offering options so you can work at a level that suits your body. You’ll be encouraged to move confidently, not perfectly.

Kat is a qualified strength and conditioning coach and can modify movements to suit injuries, limitations, or pregnancy. If you’re unsure, reach out before your first class so we can make sure you’re set up safely.
All bookings are managed through ClassFit.
You can book casually, use a class pass, or join the Katalyst Club for weekly sessions and perks. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent automatically.
Life happens.
Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before class via ClassFit. This helps keep things fair for people on the waitlist.

Classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and muscular endurance, while still feeling fun, musical, and motivating. You’ll work hard without it feeling like a traditional gym session.
